T&Cs

1. Items can only be delivered within Malaysia.  Do look out for future notices for delivery outside Malaysia. 
2. Payment must be made (via bank transfer) within 3 days of receiving confirmation email, of which the item will be reserved specially for you.  Failure to make payment within 3 days will resort to the item being released for sale again (unless with very good reasons stated in your order email).  
3. All backout buyers will be blacklisted.
4. Delivery costs includes postage and packaging.
5. All items will be checked prior to delivery.
6. There will be no replacement or refund for lost or damaged items, if the package should suffer any mishaps during delivery or if your package gets lost in the mail.
7. A tracking number will be provided (where applicable) where you will be responsible for tracking your order. 
8. Items will be posted out every Wednesday (unless stated in the email) - Postage frequency will increase once I manage to convince the husband to let me retire...:).
   
9.  Do drop me an email if you would prefer special packaging (e.g. box) and wrapping.  I will be more than happy to quote you a new price.
10. All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. 
11. All images are copyrighted.  Please inform me if you would like to post the photos on your blog/website, and remember to credit it to my website!
